- Lilly Cottage is situated at Old Petrie Town, Dayboro Road Kurwongbah Queensland. Kurwongbah is just past Petrie which is north of Brisbane. Old Petrie Town is managed by the YMCA and is easy to spot with their signage. We are open Wednesday to Saturday 9.30am to 3pm and Sunday with the markets 8am to 2.30pm (markets are on every Sunday). Biography
This blog is written by and about Laura and Linda who will both contribute the snippets of information and chatter that make our lives so much fun. Early in 2006 their paths crossed whilst occupying a rented shop space at Old Petrie Town Kurwongbah (near Petrie) Queensland Australia. A year later and both have found kindered spirits in each other ( even our mums think we are so alike it isn't funny) and have established their own premises at Old Petrie Town in a gorgeous little cottage with pink doors and an exciting collection of the handmade, the gorgeous and the unique. They share a passion for glitter, magazines, magazines, books, vintage items, beading, sewing, painting, feathers, pink from soft to bright and a zillion other things that don't seem strange at all when someone else likes them! All together it makes for a gorgeous shop of ones own, Lilly Cottage! Welcome to our world!.
