It has been close to 8 weeks since I have been out to Lilly Cottage in person and finally I think my darling husband either felt sorry for me or was in fear for his life when he offered to drive me out for a few hours today. I had things to bring out and price so it was good excuse and now I do feel so much better.
Except for a few minor display issues (maily with mismatching china and incorrect pricing), Mum ( with a little help from the darling husband and the darling Rosey) has done quite a good job and it doesn't look as bare and drastic and granny craft as I feared....ones mind does play tricks on one when one hasn't been allowed to ones shop for forever! Thank you to those lovely ladies who have popped in with messages for me, both to get well and to tell me the shop looks fine....they too helped me feel better!
The main purpose of my visit today was to take some more photos!!! So I shall stretch them out over this week, as I doubt I will be allowed back for a little while again..I was on my best behaviour but boy am I exhausted tonight!
As a thank you to you all for stopping in so often over the last few weeks, here are some special things for you.
Have a lovely day,
ttfn

Hi Linda, How lovely that you've been able to visit Lilley Cottage. I can't begin to understand how much you must have misssed it, except, I've missed it too. How strange is that. Try not to overdo things, I know how easy it is to do too much when you start feeling better. Be patient, (yeah, like I am lol) It's great to have you back. love Lesley UK

Hey Lovely Lily Linda! Glad you got to go and visit your second home for a little bit and store up some more photos and reassure yourself that all is well. Now, you just have to give YOURSELF time to get well - we want you around for the long haul, so you have to be a good girl! Hard, isn't it! Tee! Hee! Hee! Can't waid to catch up again, so hurry and get well again - think of all the mischief we're storing up! :0) Bear Hugs! KRIS
