Well try and say that title quickly three times!
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Flood Relief Lunch hosted by the gorgeous Simone from Beach Vintage.
I have never ever won anything from anyones blog and let me tell you if this is the only thing I ever win I will die a happy girl (not that I plan on leaving anytime soon). My name was drawn from all the wonderful people who donated funds towards the fabulous flood relief effort Simone and her friend Jodie continued for weeks after the floods, you can read all about it HERE.
I really don't know where to begin to tell you about this lunch, Simone's house is absolutely gorgeous or rather (Just Plain Gorgeous) but even that pales in comparison to the warmth and generosity of Simone herself. From the minute I stepped foot into her beautiful house I felt so at home, or rather that I could move in straight away.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Pam from Bayside Rose (who gifted us all the most divine fabric heart, complete with vintage lace and a bit of CK as well), Tiffany from Mrs Tiff Living Creatively and re-meeting Kathering from The Old Boathouse. Simones other guests, Cherie and Lesley were the icing on the cake and Cherie's BBQ skills are now famous!
Simone gave us permission to wander throughout her entire house and take photos!!! Pam and I set off together in absolute glee with our camera's in hand and had an absolute ball taking in all the details.
Our lunch table was beautiful, again the details were perfect and as you can see I took photos from every angle. The French champagne was glorious and the company was wonderful, I haven't laughed so much for a long time.
Thank you so much Simone and ladies it was a pleasure to meet and lunch with you all and I do think the 'Bus full of Bloggers' shopping and lunch tours is a great idea. Anyone else want to join us?
I hope you enjoyed the photos,
Aaahhh I am still floating on a cloud,
Kiss Noises Linda

I adored this post, honey. I'd love to see more of the homes in Australia as I'll never get there (I'd have to fly and that ain't happenin'!) and it's delightful to see how other places live and what their homes are like. Lovely!
xoxo,
Connie
