I think I am back on the bike, so to speak, I don't think you shall be seeing me actually riding a bike for a long time unless of course there is some sort of wager involving money, then you might see me.
The year has flown by so fast in a flurry of markets and creating and shopkeeping and I have hardly time to draw breath.
This past weekend we did two markets, handmade redcliffe on Saturday afternoon and The Handmade Expo Market Morayfield on Sunday.
Our Sunday market was an outside market and it was the first outside market we had done is while. It was an extremely warm Winter's day, so much so I was done to the very last layer of clothing that I had on and my face was this sort of fluorescent glowing red...but I couldn't stop, I had displays to set up.
As usual I had all these display ideas in my head and even as I am creating a piece I am thinking what other pieces it will go with in a display.
It is a pity my darling husband can not see inside my head, that would make life so much easier, lol.
He and our children did a fabulous job of repainting our little trailer and it made everything look so good.
( Mary Monday was our helper for the day).
The lovely thing about the Handmade Redcliffe market was we went from bright sunshine to a lovely crisp night and we got to have our fairy lights and my portable chandelier and they looked so magical.
These images are all from that market as I literally took hundreds of photos (not all them are completely in focus,(despite my camera's constant remind me that my hands were shaking, that doesn't really help).
I had so much fun putting these bits together and if only I didn't need to sleep I would have got so much more done too...they will have to wait until next time. :)
(I love my wrapped up bike, it was a lot of fun to do...took a while but was fun.)
I hope you enjoy my little photos,
Kiss Noises Linda
Hey Lovely Lilly Linda! Wonderful to see what you've been up to ... Have been wondering. :0) Your displays, as always, look gorgeous ... Tho I don't think it's a good idea for husbands to read their wife's minds ... I would be in BIG trouble! :0) Look forward to catching up sometime soon. Bear Hugs! CHEERS!! KRIS
